The first phase includes a $250 million expansion at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus in Dover, adding 225,000 square feet of new clinical space and transforming the current pavilion into a 10-story patient tower—the tallest building in the city. The project will expand inpatient and ICU capacity, modernize emergency services, and transition toward 100% private patient rooms, all designed to support the rapidly growing communities we serve.
